Agreement
These terms and conditions are a sales agreement between the consumer or other client purchasing from the online store and FI BARBERS OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the seller).
If you purchase from our online store, you agree to the application of these terms and conditions.
Goods are not sold to buyers for the purpose of resale through the online store. For resale inquiries, please contact fijuuksur@gmail.com
The seller reserves the right to change prices and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Prices for orders already placed or contracts concluded will not be changed unilaterally.
Purchase
Descriptions and prices of goods are published next to each relevant item. All prices are in euros and include Estonian VAT.
Select the appropriate items and add them to the shopping cart, specifying the quantity of the product. You can view the contents of the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the header of the homepage.
If all the necessary products are in the shopping cart, go to the next page and fill in all the fields required for the delivery of the order. Filling in the fields marked with an asterisk * is mandatory for ordering.
If you have any clarifications about the order, please write them in the shopping cart notes box.
Before proceeding to payment, make sure that the selected products, quantities and price are correct.
Confirm the order, then you will be redirected to the selected payment environment. Follow the instructions provided there exactly.
After confirming the payment, we will send an order confirmation to the e-mail address entered.
Consumer's right of withdrawal
According to the law, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the receipt of the ordered goods and to return the goods in an unused state and in undamaged packaging.
The right of withdrawal is only available to consumers, i.e. natural persons who make a transaction that is not related to the conduct of independent economic or professional activities. All other persons are not considered consumers.
The prerequisite for maintaining the right of withdrawal is that the products have not been handled in a way that differs from how such products are usually viewed in a store.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the consumer opens the closed packaging or packaging of a cosmetic product and it can no longer be offered to third parties for health protection or hygiene reasons.
NB! To maintain the right of withdrawal, open boxes and other packages carefully and do not open packages covered with protective film, the removal of which would damage the packaging.
The consumer must return the goods to the seller no later than 14 days from the date of making the withdrawal application.
If you have withdrawn from the contract and returned the unused goods to us, we will refund you the amount paid for the goods and the postage costs for delivery within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notification.
The consumer will bear the shipping costs for returning the goods. The seller will not reimburse the costs of returning the goods.

Consumer legal remedies
In the event of non-compliance of the subject of the contract with the terms and conditions of the contract, the consumer has the right to rely on the legal remedies provided for by law: to demand performance of the obligation; to refuse to perform the obligation owed; to demand compensation for damage; to withdraw from the contract or terminate the contract; to reduce the price; in case of delay in fulfilling a financial obligation, demand late payment interest.
The consumer has the right to turn to an out-of-court complaint and dispute resolution body. The relevant instructions can be found on the website of the Consumer Protection Board.
Quality
We always check all products before sending the goods, but if you nevertheless discover that the goods sent are defective, you must not use these products and you must notify us of this as soon as possible, but no later than within two months of receipt, by e-mail or letter.
If the goods are defective due to our fault, we will repair, replace or compensate for the defective goods in the amount you paid for them in our online store.
Damaged products must not be used; such use is at the buyer's own risk. We will not compensate or replace damaged products if they have already been used.
The seller is liable for the non-conformity of the goods with the terms of the contract if the non-conformity exists when the goods are handed over to the consumer.
