PRODUCT RETURN/REFUND

According to the law, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods. The right of return applies only to goods returned in unused and undamaged packaging.

We will refund the amount paid for the goods and the original delivery postage within 3 days from the moment the returned goods arrived back to us. The consumer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the goods. The seller does not reimburse the costs of returning the goods.

Please send a notice of withdrawal from the order to fijuuksur@gmail.com, return the goods to FI Barbershop OÜ,
