DELIVERY AND RETURNS

There are the following options for receiving an order placed in our online store:

*Delivery only within Estonia*

*The customer pays for postage*

We usually ship orders within 4-5 business days, usually on the same or next business day. We will definitely notify you if the order cannot be shipped within 5 business days. If the package has been shipped by us, you will also receive a corresponding notification to the email address entered at the time of ordering.

After the goods have been delivered, the further arrival time depends on the transport service provider. More detailed information can be found on the Itella SmartPOST, DPD or Omniva websites.

Although we do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by the transport service provider.

Please note that, for example, during the run-up to Christmas, parcel movement may be slower than usual!
